Kornspitz "Parma Ham & Parmesan"

| 3 ā 4 paper-thin slices of |
| Parma ham |
| Rocket leaves |
| Parmesan cheese |
| 1 clove of garlic |
| Olive oil |
| Balsamic glaze |
PREPARATION
Crush the garlic and mix it with a little olive oil. Spread the mixture onto the bottom half of a Kornspitz. Lightly toast this half in a hot oven until golden brown. Loosely arrange the Parma ham on the Kornspitz and top with the rocket leaves. Add some shaved Parmesan cheese and finish with a drizzle of high-quality balsamic glaze.
Tip!
To fully appreciate its delicate texture and rich flavour, make sure the Parma ham is very thinly sliced.
